▌ The Singing Farmer John Watt Ultimate Collection NEW ADDITION

If you want to touch the North shores of Ireland, feel the pulse of the place and meet the real people, the three hours viewing on the collection will most certainly be for you, as it is filled with music, song, craic, interesting features and breath-taking scenery.

John Watt got his title ‘The Singing Farmer’ back during the late 1970s when he started writing and singing farming songs for the BBCs farming unit in Belfast and it was as a result of those radio and television programmes that he landed a recording contact with Homespun Records where he recorded nine albums and a couple of singles between the years 1976 and 1985. After that he went on to make numerous other recordings for different companies and when he started making videos in later years, they also enjoyed big sales both home and abroad.

As you would expect having a title like ‘The Singing Farmer’ John’s films very much revolve around farming and having a great love for his local surroundings he went heavily on scenery, which wasn’t difficult to find around his picturesque part of the world.

We do hope that you enjoy each and every one of these three one hour long DVDs, all of which were filmed, edited and produced by Linton Film Productions.
