At Ringsend a feature of the local community is the Annual Road Race which over the years draws large support. Join with the crowds as they enjoy days out at the Ringsend Trotting event, a real family treat. 2. Ringsend Horse Drive (1998) This unique film covers the Ringsend Horse Drive as they follow a seven mile trek. The route starts at Ringsend and continues to Macosquin before returning home. After the Drive a barbecue was held in Robert Quigley's quarry. The music was recorded live by Glenville Country and fun was something spectacular.

Shanes Castle May Day Steam Rally - This one hour DVD of the first ever Shanes Castle May Day Steam Rally was a great success with almost 10,000 spectators. There was a great turnout of steam engines, tractors, stationary engines, farming machinery, commercial vehicles, vintage cars and motorcycles. Shanes Castle All Steamed Up - This 90 minute spectacular of Shanes Castle May Day Vintage Steam Rally follows a unique journey of steam engines around the roads of County Antrim. A magnificent display of vintage tractors and cars were also on display. Tractor Engine Club of Ulster - The one hour DVD Traction Engine Club of Ulster held one of the biggest events in history from the top of the North Ireland to South West Cork. Exhibitors travelled far and wide to attend. Steam engines, cars, lorries, stationery engines, threshers and tractors were all there. The star attractions were the 1920s tractors, all in good working order. 40 Years of Steam - This 90 minute DVD covering 40 years of steam filmed in July 2007, had a new Irish record with 43 steam engines on display. Alongside the steam engines were pre-1930s tractors, vintage and classic tractors, vintage cars, motorbikes, commercial and stationary engines. 5 hours of vintage footage narrated by George Dallas.
